• Generate tailored resumes and cover letters using AI.
• Manage your credits and subscription through our payment providers.
• Maintain your application history and saved resumes.
• Improve our AI prompts and platform performance.

3. AI Data Processing

VexDocs Jobs uses the Google Gemini API to process your resume and job descriptions. Your data is sent to Google's servers for the sole purpose of generation. We do not use your personal resume data to train global AI models.

4. Data Retention

We store your resumes and history as long as your account is active. You may delete your saved resumes or history items at any time through the dashboard.
